Bought a suit at Johnny Bigg Mandurah this week and the shop service I received from Hannah was superb, highly professional. No messing around, straight to the point and found the suit size I wanted. Her assistant was also very helpful. A good purchase experience. Highly recommend this store to anyone.

Would have stayed longer in the store, however, was in the store for all of 6 minutes and in that time was approached 3 times asking if we needed help. Would have enjoyed some quiet shopping time, ask me once if I need help not 3 times. To make matters worse was overcharged on a sale item and I have tried 4 times to phone the store and no-one is answering. Could be missing sales opportunities.

Me and my partner have been coming here for a few years now. The store is always nice. Beverly is always lovely, genuinely wanting to assist, supportive and has been really reassuring to my partner wanting to look nice. Thanks Beverly for always being nice.

Ella and Bianca are amazing at what they do! My husband and I met Ella a year ago to help my husband find a suit for our wedding. Ella assisted us the entire process and became an important asset to our wedding day. 1 year later, on our anniversary weekend my husband went back in to find a nice outfit, Ella not only remembered who we were but helped find a handsome anniversary outfit! Bianca was so bubbly and friendly and they are great to have a chat with! Highly recommend Johnny Bigg in Mandurah!

Had a fantastic shopping experience at Johnny Bigg yesterday in Mandurah. The wonderful sales person (Bianca) was so helpful, funny and honest. She let me model my new clothes and gave me an honest opinion and some great suggestions, she definitely knows what looks good on men.I have trouble finding clothes but Bianca knew the range of great clothing Johnny Bigg has to offer so well, it made my shopping experience so much easier. The quality and dapper styling Johnny Bigg has, was better than I expected.I actually feel really good in my new clothing, I've never felt so stylish. I dress like an adult now. Will definitely be back again and again.Thank you Johnny Bigg and thank you Bianca.

Bev was terrific. She fitted me out with a shirt, tie and kerchief for a formal event. I have shopped there before for jeans and casual shirts and always received great service and the quality of the clothes is spot on!

My partner and I went into the mandurah store this morning and was served by a lovely young lady I think her name was Ella, she was super friendly, very helpful and hilarious. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman working with her but he too was awesome.My partner left with a bag full of clothes and we both walked out laughing.They are great at their job!!
